You are capable of becoming of who you are dreaming to be! Sometimes we try to apply the same technique or behavior over and over again in the hope of having a different outcome, which is not always possible. We may need to try a new approach; have a new vision, and see other possibilities. This could mean that someone impartially co-creates with us what may seem impossible or be our second powerful voice to silence the voice of doubt. I always use the metaphor of an actor and audience in the theater; an actor in theater only sees themselves, their roles, their views. This is similar to people who have social-emotional issues as they tend to have a narrow focus and subjective view of an issue. Hence, taking a position of an audience, who have a holistic view of the issue, help us see and hear the stories objectively and explore the new possibilities. Having this philosophy in my life has helped me to understand that first, asking for help is part of solving our issues. Secondly, having a support from a person who neutral, authentic, supportive and non-judgemental can assist us in viewing the whole story and not one aspect of it. Lastly, there is always a more powerful story that can be created after forgiving the past story.
