Values
Our values shall be reflected through our behaviors as well as our behaviors must be aligned with our values. Mental health illnesses and relationship difficulties could come from the dissonance between our real values and our actions which occur when we have meaningful values, but we do not act accordingly.
My Values Humanity: We all value humanity, showing them toward self and others is the first step of closing the dissonance between our mind and our action. Relationships: My relationship is like a plant that I need water regularly to keep them vivid. Wholeness: The unity and harmony of soul and body. Self-compassion: The gift of self-forgiveness.
